Where in Portugal do you organise events?
Across the whole country. Most programmes take place in Lisbon, Porto, Sintra and Cascais, and we regularly work in the Algarve, the Douro Valley, the Alentejo and the Azores, with cross-border extensions when an itinerary calls for it.
What group sizes do you work with?
From 25 to more than 600 guests. Small leadership groups get the same level of care as company-wide conferences, and large groups often combine several venues and formats.
How quickly do we receive a proposal, and what does it cost?
Proposals are free and tailored to your brief. Share your group size, dates and goals and we reply within 24 hours. See our pricing and budget guidance for typical starting points.
Do you charge for hotel and venue sourcing?
No. Hotel and venue sourcing carries no search or consultation fee. Our margin sits in supplier pricing, never in a separate fee, and we only propose venues and suppliers we have worked with before.
How far ahead should we book?
Booking 3 to 12 months ahead gives the best choice of venues, especially in May, June, September and October. Short notice is possible too: we have rebuilt a 500-guest event in under two days.
Do you work with other agencies?
